We provide an automated service that generates personalized images using artificial intelligence. Users upload their photos, provide relevant personal details, and we process these images through our system to generate new images based on your inputs. Our service is provided as-is, and we take no responsibility for the outcome of the images generated.
By uploading any photos to our service, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorization to use those photos. You must either be the person in the photos or have explicit permission from the individual(s) in the photos to upload them for this service. You also grant us the right to use those photos solely for the purpose of generating personalized images.
While we strive to produce high-quality images, the results are generated by an AI model and may not always meet expectations. We do not guarantee that the generated images will be perfect or match the uploaded photos exactly. As a result, we do not take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of the images generated.
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of your purchase, provided that you have not yet uploaded any images or initiated the training process. Once images are uploaded and the training process has started, we cannot issue refunds as the service has already been provided. To request a refund, please contact us at info@snaphoria.com with your order details.
Once the generated images are delivered, you are free to use them as you wish, including for personal and commercial purposes. However, you must ensure that you are the rightful owner or have permission to use any likeness of individuals other than yourself, and you are responsible for any legal implications arising from the use of those images.
Your generated images will be stored on our servers for at least 7 days from the date of generation. Please ensure you download and save your images within this timeframe, as we cannot guarantee availability beyond this period.
Our service is provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of the generated images. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of our service. In no event shall we be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated. Continued use of the service after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
